About Trinity Hospice

Trinity provides the only dedicated end of life care service for 750,000 people living in the central and south west London community – each year 10,000 of these people will find out that they have a life-threatening illness.

Trinity’s future priority is to expand itscommunity care services so that more people are able to die in their own homes, which is where most people would prefer to be.

Trinity was founded in 1891 as England’s first hospice – they continue this pioneering tradition today as an innovative and influential centre of excellence for end of life care.
